About the role
Blend routed meetings with targeted outreach, keep a healthy pipeline, and guide early adoption to reduce churn.
What you’ll do
Book 8–12 quality meetings / week (routed + self-sourced).
Use mutual close plans for multi-stakeholder deals.
Maintain next steps and realistic close dates in CRM.
Collaborate with technical staff for scoping.
Iterate on ICP based on win / loss notes.
What you’ll bring
B2B experience (tech / telecom preferred).
Strong discovery / demo / proposal / negotiation.
KPI ownership; forecast accuracy.
Coachable, organized, proactive.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
