About the role
Own the B2B cycle end-to-end, then drive first-month adoption to lock in value and referrals.
What you’ll do
Prioritize routed demos / inbound ; top up with targeted outreach when needed.
Discovery → value-based proposal → negotiation → close .
Execute a 30–60-day adoption plan ; capture quick wins.
Maintain 3× pipeline coverage and accurate weekly forecasts.
Partner with a solutions lead for multi-site / custom installs; log win / loss notes.
What you’ll bring
B2B sales success (tech / telecom a plus).
Strong discovery, objection handling, and negotiation.
CRM discipline; KPI / forecast ownership.
Self-driven, organized, coachable.
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Compensation & benefits
