About the role
You’ll convert routed demos and inbound interest into signed agreements, then execute a structured rollout so customers see value quickly and expand.
What you’ll do
Prioritize warm / hot meetings; add targeted outreach to priority corridors when needed.
Lead discovery with owners / GM, craft value-based proposals, negotiate and close .
Drive a 30–60-day adoption plan (kickoff, training, first-use milestones, check-ins).
Maintain 3× pipeline coverage vs. target; keep next step + close plan on every opp.
Produce a reliable weekly forecast and clean CRM activity notes.
Loop in a solutions specialist for multi-site / custom scopes; document win / loss learnings.
What you’ll bring
Proven B2B sales success (tech / telecom experience is a plus).
Strong discovery, objection handling, and stakeholder alignment.
CRM discipline and comfort with KPIs / forecasting.
Organized, coachable, and accountable; authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation & benefits
