At Mathnasium, we help kids not just learn mathbut love it. As our Customer Engagement Specialist , youll be the primary connection between families and the center, focused on growing enrollment, building relationships, and keeping students engaged and thriving.

What Youll Do :

• Follow up with leads and guide families from inquiry to enrollment
• Build strong parent relationships through regular updates and progress check-ins
• Lead renewal conversations and celebrate student milestones to maximize retention
• Support outreach, referral campaigns, and community events that drive growth

• Strong communicator who enjoys connecting with families
• Proven success in sales, customer service, or relationship management
• Goal-oriented, organized, and motivated by achieving results
• Solid foundation in math (comfortable with elementary-level concepts)
