We're Hiring : Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish)!
We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our Spanish and English-speaking customers. This onsite position is ideal for candidates fluent in Spanish and English who thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment and are passionate about supporting public health programs and underserved communities.
Location : Onsite - New York City, NY
Role : Bilingual CSR (Spanish)
Schedule : Full time - 40 hours per week
What You'll Do :
- Handle inbound calls and in-person inquiries regarding enrollment services
- Assist clients with health plan selection and managed care education
- Process enrollment and disenrollment forms accurately
- Support mailroom and clerical tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of consumer interactions
- Escalate issues to the appropriate staff when needed
- Provide Spanish - English interpretation for non-English-speaking clients
- Attend meetings and training sessions to stay current on program updates

Must be available to work onsite in New York, NY 10004High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or human servicesTyping speed of 35 WPM or higherStrong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skillsProfessional, dependable, and team-orientedPreferred :
