The ideal candidate will create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. They will implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts in an effort to increase brand awareness. Additionally, this individual will understand the target audience and create an appropriate strategy to reach this group.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute comprehensive social media campaigns across diverse platforms to bolster Casting Call and other brand initiatives.
- Create, refine, and publish captivating social media content, encompassing copy, graphics, and short-form videos.
- Develop content specifically tailored for social media in alignment with go-to-market (GTM) strategies for brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brief them on GTM plans, ensuring cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels.
- Provide assistance during photoshoots by capturing behind-the-scenes and event content for both real-time distribution and future use.
- Manage the social media calendar, ensuring the timely and coordinated execution of content across platforms.
- Monitor social media performance and track analytics to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Partner with the PR team to align messaging, media opportunities, and promotional strategies.
- Support press and promotional events, including travel when necessary, to ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and events teams to create a seamless execution of social media strategies.
