Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Wire Feed Welder openings in Forest Lake, MN . This is a great opportunity for individuals who are skilled in welding, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a growing team .

Pay & Schedule

  • Hourly Pay : $18.00
  • Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM with overtime on Fridays
  • Pay Frequency : Weekly
  • Employment Type : Evaluation-to-Hire
  • Location : Forest Lake, MN

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Perform wire feed welding on various metal components according to specifications
  • Prepare materials and set up welding equipment
  • Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
  • Perform a welding test involving running an inner bead on angle iron
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

    • Qualifications

  • Previous experience with wire feed welding
  • Ability to pass a welding test (inner bead on angle iron)
  • Familiarity with welding tools and safety procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Willingness to work overtime on Fridays (paid at time and a half)
