The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors.
Role Summary :
As a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.
We'll give you the support you need. Our team will be there every step of the way, providing :
- Comprehensive 6-month training including an experienced peer to help mentor you
- A wide support network that extends from your branch office to your region to the home office
- You'll often work independently but will have a team of thousands backing you every step of the way

Client Service : Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Includes account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor.Administrative & Operational Support : Strong ability to work independently at the direction of the financial advisor.
