Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support international shipping and customs compliance. This role involves preparing documentation, verifying invoices, auditing customs entries, and maintaining accurate records. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth import / export operations while supporting quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Free Trade Agreements (FTA) documentation
  • Familiarity with basic inspection or quality sampling procedures
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Interest in developing logistics or trade compliance expertise

Required Qualifications

  • Upper secondary school education or equivalent
  • Basic experience in import / export or logistics clerical tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures
  • Familiarity with office systems and basic reporting tools

    • Position Overview

    Key responsibilities include :

  • Preparing and processing documentation for international shipments and receipts
  • Verifying shipping invoices and assessing duties and tariffs
  • Auditing customs entry data to ensure global trade compliance
  • Performing post-summary adjustments and reconciliations
  • Maintaining FTA documentation from suppliers
  • Conducting accurate data entry across company systems
  • Formatting and managing routine reports, letters, and memoranda
  • Filing and organizing records according to company procedures
  • Following operational schedules and established processes
  • Supporting quality assurance through basic sampling and inspection
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
