What Youll Do :

Connect with potential customers through phone, text, and email to understand their insurance needs.

Guide new clients through a seamless onboarding experience.

Conduct insurance reviews to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities .

Proactively pursue new business through leads, referrals, and outreach efforts (we provide leads!).

Meet and exceed sales goals with multiple bonus opportunities .

Who Were Looking For :

Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance? Great! If not, well help you get licensed within 30 days (P&C) and 60 days (Life Insurance).

Sales experience is a plus , but a positive attitude and drive to succeed are even more important!

Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions .

Coachable and eager to learn new skills and technology.

Reliable, organized, and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment.
