A company is looking for a Strategy and Insights Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert on customer experience insights, collaborating with international teams and internal analytics
Scope and execute continuous customer experience improvement projects with key stakeholders
Build and maintain customer experience processes to ensure customer satisfaction and operational standards
Required Qualifications
3+ years of project management and customer support operations experience, preferably in technical product integrations
Fluency in French
Experience in data-driven decision making or quantitative analysis
Background in financial products or knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies
College degree
