A company is looking for a Customer Advocacy Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data for enhancing complaint handling and resolution processes in mortgage servicing.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain a centralized complaint root cause tracking system
Monitor recurring issues and partner with operational teams for accurate root cause assignment
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize complaint trends and performance metrics
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
Strong technical skills in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Python
Two to four years of related experience and / or training required
Experience with mortgage default processes is preferred
Bi-lingual language skills are a plus
