Warehouse Administrator

Join a leader in electronics manufacturing now hiring a warehouse administrator in Libertyville! The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, scanning documents, and printing out labels. The role requires strict adherence to company standards for safety, quality, and productivity to ensure smooth and effective warehouse operations.

Shift : 7 : 30AM to 4 : 30PM Monday through Friday + OT based on business need

Pay : $18.00 / HR Location : Libertyville, IL Temp to hire

Responsibilities

  • Data entry for warehouse : attention to detail, printing out labels, and scanning documents.
  • Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and well-maintained.
  • Adapt and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors / managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A high-school diploma or GED, or an additional three years of related on-the-job experience.
  • Two years of on-the-job experience in warehouse or warehouse administration.
  • Two years working knowledge of computer hardware or networking.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • Proven track record and ability to manage daily receiving, picking and / or shipping records.
  • Must be a reliable team player with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Creative thinking and adaptability to handle new challenges as they arise.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Transportation Management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - Microsoft Office and Microsoft TEAMS experience required.
