PrideStaff on behalf of a law office is seeking a professional and eager Part-Time   Admin Assistant / Legal to join their busy law firm in Plantation! The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working in a law office but also willing to learn! Great entry level position!

Responsibilities :

• Scheduling hearings, mediation, depositions, client meetings and other appointments
• Completing intake forms and ongoing follow-up communication with clients
• Answer calls and greet clients
• Take down important information and add it to the system.
• Assist with setting up meetings and presentations
• Data Entry

Qualifications :

Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
