Responsibilities :

Manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced, high-priority setting

Handle executive-level projects such as marketing system setups, website updates, content creation, and social media management

Oversee client experience and ensure exceptional satisfaction

Accurately track and report time across multiple projects

Lead client meetings and actively participate in internal strategy discussions

Qualifications :

Proactive and resourceful with a self-starter mindset

Minimum of 5 years experience in executive assistant and / or project management roles

Highly tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Suite, Asana, Wix, WordPress, CRMs, and similar tools

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Extremely detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities

Requirements : Bachelor's Degree

Minimum 3 years in an administrative support role

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, CRMs, and project management software

Professional home office setup including high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a quiet, dedicated workspace
