Are you a driven sales leader with experience in the convenience store channel? Novelty Inc. is seeking a strategic, energetic Key Account Manager to build and grow partnerships with national and regional c-store chains. This is a high-impact role focused on selling our Direct Store Delivery (DSD) service model—backed by strong brands, in-store execution, and guaranteed ROI.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, pursue, and close multi-store chain partnerships
- Sell value-driven DSD programs designed to boost sales and inventory turns
- Develop custom merchandising programs featuring trend-forward, fast-moving products
- Lead key account presentations, line reviews, and program growth strategies
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and in-store success
