Key Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, purchase agreements, leases, and joint venture documents.
- Manage due diligence processes, including title reviews and property assessments.
- Represent the company in zoning, planning, and redevelopment board meetings.
- Provide guidance on zoning laws, environmental regulations, and land use compliance.
- Collaborate with development teams, architects, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Identify potential legal risks and propose practical, strategic solutions.
