Ansbacher Law is looking for a Legal Assistant to assist with our corporate clients and assisting one of our attorneys. This is a full-time, in-office role and the role can be based in one of our Florida offices : Lake Mary (Orlando), St. Augustine, or Jacksonville.

About the Role

Although job duties may vary, the primary focus will be assisting our attorneys with the firm's corporate clients. Responsibilities include the formation of business entities and client communication. Must have a positive, friendly, and energetic personality, a strong work ethic, an assertive disposition, and a professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities :

• Preparation of corporate documents under attorney supervision
• Communication with clients
• Drafting documents and document review
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Closings and file management for one of our Attorneys
