Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician / Plumber / Maintenace Tech to join our team's maintenance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as well as the ability and willingness to perform other maintenance tasks when needed, like light electrical, carpentry and painting. The Technician will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and effectively while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install new HVAC systems and equipment according to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, including electrical components and mechanical parts.
• Repair or replace defective components such as motors, compressors, and fans.
• Conduct tests to ensure systems are functioning correctly and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals related to HVAC systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their HVAC needs.
• Repair and install water systems, sewer systems and the installation of new plumbing fixtures.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory of parts used.
• Adhere to all safety protocols while working on-site.
