Key Responsibilities
- Solicit and develop new business for Workplace by Direct solutions as well as other Direct Companies offerings.
- Conduct sales activities including cold calling, prospecting, networking, and lead follow-up.
- Schedule and conduct sales appointments, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Identify client needs and create customized proposals that deliver business value.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and excellent service delivery.
- Represent Direct Companies at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Continuously expand knowledge of business technology solutions, as well as data management and automation offerings.
Qualifications
3+ years of previous sales experience, preferably in business technology, office systems, or workplace solutions.Strong ability to develop relationships and close sales through consultative, solutions-based approaches.Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.Self-motivated and results-driven, with strong organizational and planning skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Valid driver's license required.Nice to Have
