Customer Service Representative

In the CSR role, you will act as a liaison with customers by interacting via phone, email, or in person to provide information about products and services, take and enter orders, manage accounts, and obtain details of customer concerns to expedite resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide information, process requests for samples and price quotations to customers utilizing general and on-line commerce methods.
• Collaborate effectively with Production, Sales, Shipping, and other departments to meet customer requirements in a timely fashion.
• Expedite the delivery of late orders and negotiate dates and times with customers.
• Coordinate returns, establish replacement orders and initiate any rework orders.
• Address and document any customer complaints and determine best resolution to resolve issue. Involve Customer Service Manager as needed.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with key customer contacts / through interactions build an understanding of business issues, future needs, etc.
• Keep detailed records and verify information of existing accounts, make changes as needed to maintain accuracy of data.
