Senior Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Payroll Analyst to join Two Sigma's Payroll team to manage a wide range of payroll activities. The candidate should possess exceptional communication skills in order to work with internal constituents, specifically within HR, as well as business leaders. Note : The base pay for this role will be between $100,000 and $135,000. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans and 401(k) contributions. Discretionary bonus can be a significant portion of total compensation. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Processing lead for bi-weekly US payroll, including data management, compliance with tax requirements, and assisting employees with questions
• Processing lead for monthly international payrolls including United Kingdom, Hong Kong, China and Japan
• Partnering effectively with all HR teams to ensure payroll compliance with ongoing initiatives
• Assisting in the coordination of year-end processing and off-cycle payrolls
• Maintaining documentation to ensure all payroll processes are properly supported
• Providing ad hoc reporting and project support
