Job Title : Payroll Analyst
Location : Queens, NY (Hybrid – 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Salary Range : $90,000 – $110,000 annually

Position Summary :
A healthcare organization is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Analyst to manage payroll processing for approximately 200 employees. This hybrid role requires strong expertise in ADP systems and a solid understanding of payroll compliance, reporting, and employee support. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of payroll experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Key Responsibilities :
Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 200 employees using ADP.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
Maintain and audit payroll records to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
Generate and analyze payroll reports for internal stakeholders and external audits.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and timekeeping.
Assist with year-end processes including W-2 preparation and distribution.
Stay current on payroll laws and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (required)
Minimum of 5 years of payroll processing experience (required)
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar ADP platforms (required)
Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
Work Environment :
Hybrid schedule : 3 days on-site in Queens, NY and 2 days remote
Collaborative office environment within a healthcare organization
Pay Details : $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
