Overview User Experience Researcher (Bangkok-based, Relocation provided) – Bangkok, Thailand. This role focuses on end-to-end UX research to inform product decisions and improve user experiences. Relocation assistance is provided.

Responsibilities Own end-to-end planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of UX research projects.

Define research objectives, hypotheses, methodologies, and communicate findings to Product teams.

Inform product direction, design decisions, and market strategies with research insights.

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to apply research findings.

Qualifications Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or related field.

7+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing domains.

Strong planning, scoping, conducting, analysis, and communication of research.

Experience with qualitative methods (interviews, diary studies, direct observation, usability testing, etc.).

Experience with quantitative research (metrics, surveys, sampling, cross-tabs, statistical concepts).

Experience evaluating and working with external research vendors.

Ability to describe user problems and opportunities using both quantitative and qualitative data.

Strong storytelling and communication skills; fluent in English and able to engage with business, design, and engineering stakeholders.

Collaborative, data-driven, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.

Location & Relocation This position is Bangkok-based with relocation support to assist with transition.
