A company is looking for a Case Management Lead Representative to assist members and providers in navigating mental health and substance use disorder services.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from members and providers regarding mental health services
Triaging and assessing calls for risk of harm and coordinating with clinical partners
Communicate eligibility, generate provider referrals, and write authorizations for services
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a mental health or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience with 2+ years in behavioral health
Customer service experience, preferably in a patient-focused mental health environment
Ability to maintain a professional image and possess strong interpersonal skills
Intuitive technical capabilities to navigate multiple proprietary systems
Strong time management and organizational skills
