Overview
Position for instructional design and technical writing to create engaging training content. Focus on MDX-based materials and delivering a digital cinema experience with high-quality visuals, digital sounds, and acoustical considerations.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging and interactive training content using MDX, ensuring clarity, conciseness, alignment with training objectives, and a high-quality digital cinema experience.
- Technical Writing : Write and edit technical documentation, user guides, and training manuals / playbooks that are easy to understand and follow.
- Collaboration : Work closely with subject-matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to gather and incorporate relevant information into the training content.
- Content Management : Organize and manage training content in a structured and accessible manner, ensuring materials are up-to-date and accurate.
- User Experience : Enhance user experience of training materials by incorporating multimedia elements (images, videos, interactive components) to create a digital cinema experience.
- Testing and Feedback : Conduct thorough testing of training content to ensure it functions correctly and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Project Management : Manage multiple training content projects concurrently, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Instructional Design : Design and structure training content that aligns with learning objectives and engages the audience.
- Quality Assurance : Review and test training materials to ensure they are error-free and meet high-quality standards.
- Trend Awareness : Stay up-to-date with trends and technologies in multimedia training and technical writing, and apply them to maintain a digital cinema experience.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in creating training content or technical writing, focused on MDX or similar technologies.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, Instructional Design, or a relevant field.Strong capability in content creation and structure for a digital cinema experience, including animations and motion graphics.Excellent communication skills; able to simplify complex concepts verbally and in writing.Able to work effectively in team settings and collaborate with various stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot content development issues.Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in training materials.Experienced in project management and meeting deadlines.Familiarity with sales, UX design principles, and experience in creating e-learning modules.Relevant certifications are a plus.Seniorities
