We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This is a Contract-to-ongoing position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to various aspects of human resources, including employee relations, onboarding, and HRIS management. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of HR practices and compliance within a HIPAA-regulated environment.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new team members.
- Administer and maintain HRIS systems to support accurate employee data and reporting.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies in all HR activities.
- Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and develop effective solutions.
- Facilitate training sessions and initiatives to promote employee development and engagement.
- Monitor and improve HR processes for efficiency and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation as needed.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve workplace concerns.
- Proven experience in HR administration and employee relations.
- Proficiency in managing and utilizing HRIS systems.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
