Customer Success Representative (Remote – Commission Only)

This is a 1099 commission-only opportunity where your role is to guide clients through the life insurance process, ensure their needs are met, and create a lasting, positive experience.

You’ll work with warm leads—no cold calling—while enjoying the flexibility of working from home and earning unlimited commission.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing clients

Educate clients on available life insurance options based on their needs

Guide clients through the application and follow-up process

Maintain accurate records and communication in our CRM system

Ensure a smooth, service-first experience for each client interaction

Compensation :

This is a 1099 commission-only role. Most Customer Success Representatives earn $3,000–$7,000 / month, with top performers earning $10,000+ / month.
