Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers using active listening techniques to understand their needs and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Redirect or escalate calls to the appropriate team members and collaborate with other departments to resolve customer service issues.
- Expand knowledge of company processes and transactions to enhance service delivery and provide support across different teams.
- Report any workflow disruptions or service challenges to customer care leadership to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, training guidelines, supervisory instructions, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain professionalism and composure while handling challenging situations or ambiguous scenarios.
- Assist with data entry and document preparation to support customer service operations.
- Provide clear and concise written communications to customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office / 365 applications and the ability to learn proprietary software programs.Strong ability to read, comprehend, and respond to written and verbal communications.Demonstrated capacity to learn quickly and apply new information effectively.Excellent listening skills with the ability to seek clarification and resolve issues.Ability to remain composed under pressure and manage stress effectively.Bilingual proficiency is required to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
