Regional Vice President, Mid Market

Overview

The Regional Vice President (RVP) manages, coaches, and motivates a team of Account Executives (AEs) to achieve revenue growth by expanding current Docusign customer spend. The RVP measures, coaches, and ensures AE accountability for pipeline generation, activity, and revenue growth within their book of business. The RVP participates in customer calls, supports health monitoring, and maintains Docusign relationships with key stakeholders. Outside of coaching, the leader contributes to territory strategy and account planning, and provides feedback using tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, and conversational intelligence. The RVP mentors each AE and builds a cohesive, collaborative team, delivering accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts and quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales team to grow Docusign’s baseline revenue within existing accounts
• Assess pipeline generation, revenue-generating activities, pipeline health, and quarterly sales forecasts to determine progress and areas for improvement
• Coach AEs in key sales skills : vertical market management, forecasting and sales planning, prospecting and pipeline generation, complex deal negotiations, cross-functional collaboration, and CRM / reporting accuracy
• Manage team performance, build a bench of qualified talent, and grow headcount as needed
• Develop and execute strategies with AEs to penetrate accounts and deliver value at enterprise scale
• Maintain proactive communication with lines of business and senior leadership; provide accurate forecast and attainment details during weekly forecast calls and quarterly business reviews
• Identify opportunities for training and career growth across the team
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Travel 20% or more as needed

Job Designation

Hybrid : Employee divides time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required (minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but weekly in-office expectation).

Pay for this position is based on location and varies with job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Salary ranges are provided below where applicable.

Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota : $127,700.00 - $185,225.00 base

Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area) : $127,700.00 - $187,400.00 base
