Production Operator : Monroe, Wisconsin

Our customer in Monroe, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Production Operators to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment while ensuring product quality and safety standards are met in a high-temperature environment.

Responsibilities of the Production Operator :

• Operate dryer and perform Clean-In-Place (CIP) procedures
• Conduct lab work involving basic math and measurements
• Collect and document product samples for quality testing
• Occasionally climb up to 50 feet to access bins (guarded and platformed)
• Work safely in a hot environment and wear appropriate gear (work boots required)
• Assist with other production-related tasks as assigned

Production Operator Requirements and Qualifications :

Pay for Production Operator : Starting at $18 / hour.

Production Operator Benefits :

Type : 1st Shift, Full-time

Schedule : Monday - Friday from 7 : 00am – 3 : 00pm.
