We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator . This role provides essential support to ensure smooth office operations, efficient workflow, and timely completion of administrative projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of a variety of tasks while collaborating across departments.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office functions, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets with accuracy.
Support internal teams with meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and communications.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports as needed.
Maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure a productive work environment.
Assist with special projects, audits, and other administrative initiatives.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with internal staff and external partners.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in administrative, office support, or coordination roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Pay Details : $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
