Klarity (YC S18) automates Unstructured-Document workflows using GenAI. Our customers include companies like Cloudflare, CrowdStrike, DoorDash, and Zoom. They use Klarity to save time and money, reduce compliance risk, and speed up manual contract review.
We found strong Product Market Fit in 2020 and just raised a $70m Series B in June 2024. We are looking to add a brilliant, entrepreneurial AI Technical Product Manager to the team.
Our Gen AI Journey
Founded in 2017, we shipped multiple NLP / ML product iterations pre-chatGPT. In 2023 we rebuilt our core AI platform using GenAI. We have more than 15 unique LLM use-cases in production with 10+ LLMs under the hood. We have shipped first-of-its-kind experiences including video workflow analysis, natural language analytics, complex table parsing, and table-matching. To date, we have processed 600,000+ documents through our GenAI platform.

In This Role, You Will
Lead the development of new 0-1 Gen AI feature prototypes from concept to launch, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.Manage alpha and beta testing phases, gather user feedback, and refine features to meet user needs and business goals.Coordinate with the broader product team to scale features from 1-10 rollout, ensuring smooth transitions and knowledge transfer.Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring timely delivery of new features and improvements.Conduct user research and analyze data to gain deep insights into customer needs and behaviors, driving informed product decisions.Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization, including executives, engineers, and customers, to align on product vision and progress.Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record in product management within a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.Ability to rapidly prototype new features independently, without the need for additional engineering assistance, showing technical proficiency.Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.Strong technical background with the ability to engage in engineering discussions and assess feasibility and scalability.Deep understanding of AI / ML technologies and their practical applications, with a drive to stay updated on advancements.Strong focus on user experience and customer satisfaction, delivering products that meet expectations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior product managers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.Benefits
