Associate Manager, Ecommerce

As the Associate Manager, Ecommerce you will be responsible for supporting the strategy and growth of the e-commerce business to exceed annual sales targets and increase conversion and repeat visits.

This position is focused on supporting and executing merchandising strategies to drive revenue and optimize the customer experience through data-driven analysis.

This role reports into the Director of Ecommerce.  Responsibilities :

• Lead, develop and execute data-backed merchandising strategies to drive growth and elevate the site experience.
• Work closely with cross functional teams such as marketing, creative, digital product and planning teams to ensure site merchandising efforts align with broader business goals.
• Maintain monthly site briefs and drive merchandising plan with broader ecom and digital team members to ensure cohesiveness across executions.  Ensure all aspects of site merchandising are on brand, employ best practices, and hit defined KPI's Manage all aspects of merchandising inclusive of product data, FG updates, assets, merch, etc.
• Oversee the execution of product launches, promotion and programs, ensuring that product pages, categories, and landing pages are optimized based on analytical insights.
• Keep up with industry trends and customer behavior, using data to inform merchandising strategies and improve customer engagement.
• Leverage data to identify, analyze and report on trends and patterns and use this data to optimize the website Partner with the broader digital team on e-mail marketing strategy and calendar to ensure it aligns with overall ecommerce plan and goals.
• Conduct final user testing and quality assurance processes.

Collaborate to ensure promotions, site enhancements, and content are properly setup, scheduled, and QA'ed on site prior to launch Assistance Manager, Ecommerce Qualifications :
