Sell What Brands Stand On
Innovative Environments (IE) designs and delivers exhibits, tradeshow displays, signage, and experiential graphics that help organizations stand out and connect. As an Account Executive, you'll prospect, pitch, and close deals with marketing leaders, design firms, and corporate decision-makers. This is a consultative sales role in a fast-moving industry where your wins are visible on the tradeshow floor.
What You'll Do
Build and manage pipeline
- Prospect and qualify new accounts; log activity in CRM
- Represent IE at client meetings, industry events, and presentations
- Develop strong relationships with corporate marketing teams, event managers, and architects
Drive consultative sales
Identify client needs and sell complete exhibit and signage solutionsReview drawings, plans, and specs to align solutions with brand and budgetLead bids, RFIs, proposals, and budgets; deliver persuasive presentationsMeet or exceed annual sales goals while protecting profitabilityEnsure project success
Partner with project managers, estimators, and fabrication teams for flawless deliveryMaintain clear client communication from kickoff through installationManage invoicing in line with AIA / progressive billing practicesCapture referrals and client testimonials to fuel future businessWhat You'll Bring
5+ years of B2B sales experience (exhibits, tradeshows, signage, or branded environments preferred)Proven ability to hunt, close, and grow accountsExperience selling to marketing, design, and corporate decision-makersComfort with architectural drawings and project specificationsProficiency with quoting, CRM systems, and Microsoft OfficeStrong presentation, negotiation, and communication skillsPreferred
Knowledge of exhibit / tradeshow production and signage fabricationFamiliarity with AIA billing and progressive invoicingConsistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotasWhy Join IE
