Overview
Administrative | Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting (NCDPC0030029) – Full-time opportunity located in the CONUS Southeastern United States. Engagement is on a W2 Exempt basis, with no overtime pay. Position supports Government And Public Services sector engagements focusing on IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting (IT RAC) and Management and Operations Solutions for clients such as the North Carolina Department of Administration's Division of Purchase & Contract (P&C).
Responsibilities
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to facilitate procurement and IT consulting activities.
Qualifications
High school diploma + eight (8) years of experience, or associates degree + four (4) years of experience for other listed requirements.Experience in administrative support positions; ability to arrange meetings, copy documents, and produce deliverables.Education / Experience / Skills
Associates degree + four (4) years of experience (per listed requirements).Excellent oral and written communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and Adobe; ability to learn other tools quickly.Ancillary Details
