Position – ANCA CNC Operator

Job Location – New Berlin, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Direct Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd Shift (2 : 00pm-10 : 00pm)

Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $22 and $25 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma / GED

Required Experience – At least 3 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Operate ANCA CNC grinding machines to produce cutting tools, drills, end mills, etc.
• Set up machines, load programs, and adjust offsets according to work orders and technical drawings.
• Perform tool measurements and inspections using gauges, micrometers, and other precision instruments.
• Optimize existing ANCA programs for improved cycle times and tool quality.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
