A Well-respected group in Northwest Indiana has an opening for Family or Internal Medicine Physicians to join their team. Must be Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine Physician 3 locations available in NW Indiana 30-45 mins from downtown Chicago Mon-Fri 8-5; 40 hours a week. On-call - Varies from the location. Approx. 20 patients per day (depending on location). 100% outpatient (may have options for IP). New grads will be considered. Also open to Internal Med physicians that will see ages 10.
