A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Enablement to design and lead programs that support Sales, Customer Experience, and Partnerships teams.
Key Responsibilities
Set the direction for Revenue Enablement, defining a strategy that aligns with business goals and team growth
Build learning programs to enhance onboarding and ongoing development
Collaborate with various teams to create resources that ensure alignment and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or GTM Enablement, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Experience in building and scaling enablement programs in a high-growth SaaS environment
Strong understanding of the collaboration between Sales, CX, and Partnerships teams
Familiarity with CRM tools and enablement platforms
Located in the United States and able to work core hours aligned with Eastern Time (EST)
