General Manager

Our client is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead operations and set the tone for a high-performing culture in the Information Security and Technology Solutions space. This is a Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota based hands-on leadership role where you’ll directly shape growth, performance, and company trajectory while building strong client relationships and guiding both employees and contractors.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong franchisor and franchisee relationships, serving as the primary point of escalation.
• Develop and implement scalable systems to improve installations and reduce rework.
• Recruit, onboard, and lead contractors and employees to foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture.
• Manage budgets, costs, and forecasts to align financial performance with growth targets.
