A company is looking for a Sr. HR Generalist, Payroll, Compliance & Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with HR operations including benefits administration, compliance, and payroll audits
Support leave of absence and benefits administration as a backup during peak periods
Monitor HR compliance and assist with internal audits and training coordination
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, including 2-3+ years in Payroll Compliance and Benefits
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong understanding of employment-related compliance with federal and state laws
Excellent organizational skills
