At Matrix PDM Engineering we strive to recruit, hire and develop high caliber Engineering graduates for our team. New college graduates will be based in one of our engineering offices. After training and establishing knowledge in basic work processes specific to the Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls, an Engineer I may be required to spend extended periods on industrial construction project sites, supporting facilitating the interface between the jobsite and home office engineering staff.

Job Summary

The Instrumentation Engineer I is responsible for performing entry level design and analysis work as directed to support various engineering and construction projects.

Essential Functions

• Actively supports the Company’s commitment to safety and its “Core Values.”

• Acquires limited knowledge and develops basic skills.
• Applies prescribed techniques and procedures in accordance with established criteria to perform assigned tasks.
• Performs routine technical work which does not require previous experience. This includes but not limited to :

Piping and Instrumentation Diagram Development – provide support to Process group
