Job Description :

• Analyzing network performance metrics, RF parameters, and layer 3 messaging to identify and resolve issues.
• Designing and implementing eFEMTO and PICO hardware for special events and in-building coverage.
• Performing link budget analysis, system dimensioning, frequency planning, and interference optimization.
• Conducting site and cluster optimization using RF tools, drive test analysis, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Utilizing propagation modeling tools for calibration, frequency planning, and map generation.
• Collaborating with implementation and operations teams on antenna configurations and RF database parameters.
• Communicating technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.
