Key Responsibilities
Assess vocational information and collaborate with internal partners to support return-to-work plans
Manage vocational cases within performance metrics and lead coaching and training initiatives for clinical and vocational staff
Stay current on legislation and trends affecting workplace accessibility and communicate effectively across teams
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field required
Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) required
5+ years of relevant experience in disability / absence management preferred
Solid understanding of ADA, FMLA, and workplace accommodation laws
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite required
