Ideal Candidate :

• 4+ years' experience in a business development or sales role
• Bachelor's Degree in business or a construction related field
• Experience working with construction companies in the area is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to locate and build new relationships
• Good negotiating skills in order to close new business opportunities
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Sponsorship is not available for this position at this time)
