We’re growing fast—and looking for an experienced Export Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview :
The Export Contracts Manager will oversee all aspects of international contract negotiation, compliance, and execution. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our export operations align with both internal goals and international regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the full lifecycle of export contracts from negotiation to execution
Ensure compliance with international trade laws (ITAR, EAR, Incoterms, etc.)
Draft non disclosure and proprietary information agreements.
Coordinate with legal, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations
Monitor contract performance, track key milestones, and mitigate risks
Maintain relationships with international partners, agents, and distributors
Prepare and present reports to senior leadership
Qualifications :
3–5+ years of experience in international contracts or export compliance
Strong knowledge of global trade regulations and documentation
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred
