Base pay range : $120,000.00 / yr - $180,000.00 / yr. Location : onsite in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the investment team on acquisitions of real estate and communication infrastructure (towers).
• Manage outside counsel on real estate and related transactions.
• Provide legal guidance and best practices to portfolio companies.
• Support strategic initiatives by ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and facilitating smooth transactions.
