Are you a problem-solving, results-driven engineer with a passion for optimizing manufacturing processes? We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to play a key role in our Product Development Process , ensuring efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining cost control.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with engineers, operations teams, and management to optimize manufacturability

Establish, document, and maintain manufacturing processes and Bills of Operation in ERP (Epicor)

Ensure data accuracy and support production floor activities

Participate in daily engineering and project team meetings

Work hands-on with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) to enhance designs

What You'll Need

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

5+ years of manufacturing experience

Strong understanding of CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, cost control, and quality assurance

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills

Passion for innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement
