Role
We are looking for a Head of Mission Operations — an experienced, systems-driven operator who can orchestrate people, technology, and process in a live, regulated healthcare environment. This role sits at the center of AccurKardia’s execution engine.
You will work directly with the Co-Founder & COO and company leadership to ensure every clinical deployment, data pipeline, and product release runs predictably, safely, and flawlessly. It is both a command and orchestration role — ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, balances precision with urgency, and takes pride in building systems that directly impact patient lives.

Position : Odoo Techno Functional Consultant We are seeking a highly skilled Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team as an individual contributor, responsible for end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and Odoo’s functional modules, ensuring successful deployment and optimal use of the platform. Key Responsibilities : Lead the full lifecycle of Odoo ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support. Analyse client business needs and translate them into functional requirements. Customize and configure Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.) based on client requirements. Prepare project documentation including functional specifications, training materials, and SOPs. Conduct user training and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Collaborate with technical teams (developers) for any custom development needs. Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshoot issues, and suggest enhancements. Maintain project timelines and ensure successful delivery within scope and budget. Stay up-to-date with new Odoo releases and features. Requirements Required Qualifications : Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation. Strong knowledge of multiple Odoo functional modules. Proven experience in business process analysis and functional documentation. Excellent understanding of ERP concepts and workflows. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. Benefits Preferred Qualifications : Odoo certification(s) is a strong plus. Experience working with US-based clients or in cross-cultural environments. Knowledge of Python or basic technical understanding of Odoo architecture is a bonus.
