job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProduces edible product by following processing requirements according to specification; involves working with high-pressure air and steam lines Prepares equipment for operation by setting and adjusting controls Maintains operational work flow by following procedures; advising supervisor of irregularities Troubleshoots and diagnosis’s equipment problems Maintains specifications by observing operations; detecting malfunctions; and requesting maintenance assistance when necessary Maintains documentation by recording product flow rates, temperatures, etc. Enters production data into various computer programs Pulls samples, conducts analytical testing, records results, and adjusts process accordingly Maintains safe and clean work environment by cleaning, hosing floor, complying with procedures, rules and regulations Operates forklift Performs other duties as assigned High school graduate or equivalent Able to speak, read, and write English Effective communication and analytical skills Basic math skills Able to measure accurately in feet and inches using tape measures and rulers Experience with valve configurations and tank movement Basic working knowledge of computers Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook Able to work a rotating shift Able to work overtime and weekends as needed Able to lift in excess of 50 pounds daily Able to tolerate extreme weather conditions; working outside Able to tolerate excessive walking; stair and ladder climbing; and tolerate heights, approximately 60% of day Movement requiring bending and twisting approximately 50% of day One to three months meeting all above requirements
